Office Policies

I look forward to seeing you on your scheduled appointment date. My office may contact you a few days prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment date and time, pre-register standard information and remind you of the upcoming appointment. When checking-in, it may be necessary to obtain copies of insurance ID card(s) in order to bill your insurance company.

If you are a new patient, information may be sent to my office ahead of your appointment in an effort to streamline the check-in process.

Appointments & Cancellations

You may schedule an appointment with a patient care coordinator.

To schedule an appointment please call us at 210-756-3683. We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.

Emergencies

We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call our office at 210-756-3683 or our answering service at 210-756-3683. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.

NOTE: It is not possible to schedule emergency appointments online.

Payment

My office accepts the following methods of payment for co-payments, deductibles and services that are not covered by insurance:

• MasterCard
• American Express
• Discover
• Personal Check
• Credit

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.

For convenience, office forms may be available to complete prior to your appointment and save time.
