I am a board-certified Nephrologist with over 15 years of experience dedicated to providing specialized kidney care throughout the entire South Central Texas region, including the greater San Antonio metropolitan area. My mission is to offer thoughtful, patient-centered care right here in the local community.

My approach to medicine is deeply personal, shaped by an early life experience as a patient where a compassionate physician left a lasting impression. This guides how I care for every patient: through close listening, individual focus, and building relationships grounded in trust.

After 15 years in practice, I made the choice to establish my own independent nephrology practice in San Antonio. This decision allows me to serve as a true health fiduciary for my patients. I specialize in the treatment of various kidney conditions crucial to the San Antonio patient population and surrounding communities, including Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) from Diabetes and other causes, Autoimmune kidney disease, kidney stones, difficult-to-manage hypertension, acute kidney injury, and expert Kidney Transplant care. I offer comprehensive management from early diagnosis through advanced stages.

My guiding philosophy is Kidney Health: Guided by Trust, which reflects my firm belief that the best outcomes for complex kidney diseases come from open communication and informed, collaborative care.

I am proud to be affiliated with multiple leading hospitals across the San Antonio area. Outside of medicine, I enjoy cooking, reading, and frequently hiking the beautiful local trails across South Central Texas.
